“I just want to give all glory to God because I would not have been here today if I didn’t put all my faith in Him,” she told Fox News at the beginning of her interview Wednesday.

“American’s Newsroom” host Bill Hemmer asked Mensah-Stock about that moment when she told the NBC reporter about

“I felt like I went into a trance and God just spoke through me,” she said.

“I know that there’s been a lot of negativity going on and I just wanted to enlighten people of my feelings and just spread positivity,” Mensah-Stock added, “and — shoot — it just happened and I did not think it would go viral!”

And if that’s not enough, she is making her mom’s dream come true — a food truck!

“I just wanted to help my mom’s dream come true like she’s helped mine come true,” she told ABC 13 Houston.

Mensah-Stock’s mom, Shonda Wells, has been cooking and selling BBQ out of a pit on two wheels. She promised her mom a food truck five years ago.

And not only is she coming through, but it’s going to be even bigger than Mensah-Stock’s $30,000 Olympic winnings.

Cameron Davies, the owner of Cruising Kitchens, surprised the mother-daughter duo on Zoom. He told them his team will design, build and donate a $250,000 food truck for Wells.

Plickles Famous BBQ is coming to fruition — a dream the world can’t wait to taste and see.

“Oh my God, I can’t believe it,” the mom said through tears. “Thank you so much. This is a dream come true.”

Mensah-Stock, also sobbing, added: “I’ve been waiting for this for her for so long!”
