Christian worship leader Kari Jobe drove to Asbury University to witness the student-led revival firsthand.
“I’ve been processing with the Lord ever since,” she shared with her 1.4 million followers on Instagram Thursday.
“I wanted to stand in the room where revival was happening and just talk to Him there,” the “Blessing” singer explained.
“Something is stirring and He is moving. And it’s spreading like wild fire in the hearts of people who are hungry and longing for Him. Standing in that room last night felt like what it may have felt like in days of old. It was pure. It was humble. It was reverent. It was expectant. It was hungry. It was desperate,” she said. “I’m forever impacted.”
Jobe shared several videos that gave me chills up and down my body of the students leading worship, crying out to God.

“It’s all about Jesus. Spirit of God – move across the earth with revival,” Jobe prayed.
“I think purity is where it starts, hunger is where it grows, and longing is where it stays,” she said of revival.

The Christian artist, who is set to tour with her husband Cody Carnes and Martin Smith on “The Blessing Tour” in March, added a Bible verse to her post.
“I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest.” John 4:35
It reminded me of when I interviewed Kari Jobe for Fox News in New York City while she was on her “The Garden” tour and we talked about her song “Heal Our Land.”
“Jesus really is the answer,” she told me. “I know people say that a lot, but it really is the truth. And the simplicity of the cross. Sometimes people try to make it so complex or that it’s about these rules and regulations, but it’s not. It’s about a relationship with Jesus.”
