‘REVIVAL’: Pastor Says 50,000 Gave Their Lives to Jesus on Forrest Frank Tour

Posted on August 4, 2026August 4, 2026 By Caleb Parke
Pastor Jonathan “JP” Pokluda says he witnessed God heal people and more than 50,000 concertgoers begin a relationship with Christ while traveling with Forrest Frank.

More than 50,000 people began a relationship with Jesus Christ during Forrest Frank’s recent nationwide tour, according to a pastor who shared the gospel with concertgoers along the way.

Jonathan “JP” Pokluda, pastor of Harris Creek Baptist Church in Waco, Texas, traveled with Frank during “The Jesus Generation Tour,” preaching the gospel and inviting thousands of people to put their faith in Christ.

After spending several weeks on the road, JP described what he witnessed as nothing less than a revival.

“I watched God heal people. I watched more than 50,000 people begin a relationship with Christ,” JP wrote on Instagram. “Revival isn’t something I read about anymore. I saw it.”

JP said the experience included sleepless nights, long drives, cramped living spaces, difficult workouts and countless meals of beef and rice.

But amid the exhausting tour schedule, he said there were also “Holy Spirit-filled days” that he will never forget.

‘Jesus Is Still Changing Lives’

JP also praised Frank for remaining grounded in his faith while reaching increasingly large audiences.

“Forrest’s heart is exactly what you hope it is,” he wrote. “His love for Jesus is genuine. His humility is real.”

JP called the Christian artist one of the greatest role models he knows for the next generation of believers.

“Fame has a way of revealing what’s already in someone’s heart, and in him, it has revealed a deep love for Christ,” he said.

Forrest has built a massive following by creating music that openly celebrates his Christian faith. Rather than treating the gospel as a minor part of his concerts, the tour gave audiences an opportunity to respond personally to the message of Jesus.

JP previously said as many as 5,000 people responded to the invitation to follow Christ during some individual concerts.

The pastor said the consistent response, night after night and city after city, left a lasting impact on him.

“Jesus is still changing lives on a massive scale,” JP wrote. “I’ll never be the same.”

‘God Still Delights in Saving People’

The pastor said the experience also reminded him that life is meant to be lived in community, discipline is necessary and some of the greatest memories are created through inconvenient moments.

Another lesson stood out during the nationwide journey: “God has His people everywhere.”

Although JP was unable to attend the tour’s final Arlington performance, he encouraged people near the venue to arrive expecting God to move.

“Grateful beyond words for everyone who made this tour possible, and even more grateful that God still delights in saving people,” he wrote.

JP concluded with a call for Christians to continue seeking spiritual awakening across the country.

“May we never stop believing, praying, and working for revival.”
